Victoria Lyuber is the First Vice President at Preferred Bank, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. As a proud Board Member of Community Youth Center (CYC) since 2005, Victoria has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to supporting underserved communities through leadership and advocacy.

A graduate of the Conservatory of Music, Victoria specializes in piano and cello. She has shared her musical talent as a teacher, inspiring countless children to develop a lifelong passion for music. Many of her students have carried this love into adulthood, a testament to her exceptional ability to teach and nurture creativity.

Beyond her work with CYC, Victoria has contributed her expertise and compassion to various nonprofit organizations. She is deeply committed to helping people in need, regardless of their stage in life, and actively supports initiatives that uplift underserved populations.
