Important Update on 03/16/2020
Due to COVID-19 and the compliance of the mayor’s directives to shelter in place our office is closed from March 17, 2020 – April 7, 2020. We will be working remotely from home so please scan and email your applications and check via email to vickyc@cycsf.org. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can.
Message to families (update on 03/10/2020):
There will be 2 options on how to submit your application this summer:
- Come to CYC main office to drop the application with program fee, or
- Scan and email Vikcy Chung Louie at vickyc@cycsf.org your completed application, and mail in your original signed application with payment to the CYC main office. Since it’s first come first serve we can only count your number slot as completed when we receive the application and payment in the mail. Sending in your completed application and payment within 5 days is highly encouraged.
** When mailing in the application and payment please attention the envelope to Vicky Chung Louie and send it to our main office at 1038 Post Street SF., CA 94019
Program Dates: June 8 – July 19, 2020 (Monday to Friday)
Program Time: 9am – 5pm
Program Fee: $500 (Non-refundable)
- Early Care Fee (8am-9am): $75 for all 6 weeks
- After Care Fee (5pm-6pm): $75 for all 6 weeks
Program Location: Lawton Elementary School (1570 31st Avenue San Francisco, CA 94122)
Program Target Age Group: incoming 1st graders to outgoing 5th graders
We will start accepting applications on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 10am. Please drop off application at CYC Main Office at 1038 Post Street SF., CA 94109.
